In my coaching sessions we practice what we preach. I truly believe that practice is key to change!
Each module starts on Monday morning and ends on Sunday. The videos last on average between 15 and 20 minutes.
I will give you content for that week, assignments to do and I’ll lift your spirit up every time you watch them. Remember that when a new week starts, a different topic is highlighted.
Assignments
In all of my coaching assignments are included. These are always exercises that you can practice. It is important that you do practice those exercises. Why? This is the way to implement things, train yourself and above all: Learn new things! With your work and my coaching sessions you can start that, right now.
There is also a live Q & A-call every Thursday morning. You can ask questions and get feedback on the exercises if needed. The Q & A is on Zoom and might be with other participants. You can learn from other people’s questions!
Every Friday you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire.

This online coaching program is intensive & personalized. We meet in an online Zoom call where we address your insecurities, lack of assertiveness or other difficulties concerning communication that you want to tackle.

We tackle your insecurities and I will give you structure to find and achieve your goals. You get assignments by me that you need to complete. By practicing and trying new things out every week, you create the mindset that you want and need.
